2. Services

JAX Epoxy Floors provides epoxy floor coatings, polyurea coatings, concrete polishing, and related flooring services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Northeast Florida. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website or in person are:

• Non-binding until a signed contract or written agreement is in place
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, or scope changes
• Based on information provided by the customer and a visual site assessment

4. Warranty

JAX Epoxy Floors offers warranties on workmanship and materials as described in each project's contract. General warranty terms include:

• Residential coatings: Lifetime warranty on peeling, flaking, and delamination under normal use
• Commercial and industrial coatings: Warranty terms vary by project scope and materials used
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, chemical spills not specified in the coating's resistance profile, or structural movement
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos of the affected area

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project's contract. Standard terms include:

• A deposit may be required to schedule your project
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled work date, as materials may have already been ordered and prepared.

7. Site Preparation & Access

The customer is responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of all personal property, vehicles, and obstructions prior to the scheduled start date
• Providing adequate access to the work area, including electrical outlets and water sources
• Disclosing any known issues with the concrete substrate (e.g., moisture problems, previous coatings, structural cracks)

8. Limitation of Liability

JAX Epoxy Floors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of JAX Epoxy Floors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

11. Governing Law
